Introduction


Hello!  My name is Tracy and welcome to my blog entitled Passionate for Nutrition!  Teaching others about nutrition and fitness is truly my passion and I am very excited to share this journey with you.  I look forward to "meeting" you along the way and my hope is that you are able take something insightful away from this blog that can help you in your own wellness journey as well!

  2. Hi Tracy,
    the relaxation exercise was a great way to reflect and stop to catch your breath. Doing exercises like this and often would certainly help to keep the mind and body as one.
